Do I need to know exactly what to ask for?
No. Tell us what feels difficult, missing or time-consuming. We can help define a useful first project, then confirm its scope and cost with you.
Can you work with my current brand or website?
Yes. Share what you already have. We’ll review the files or website before confirming what can be reused and whether integration work needs a separate quote.
What do I need to supply?
Your approved wording, accurate product names and prices, contact details, and any logos or photographs you want included. Please use materials you own or have permission to use. New photography, a new brand identity or extra content creation can be scoped separately.
How soon can I have it?
We agree a delivery date after reviewing your scope, ready materials and our availability. Launch in Seven is the studio name, not a guaranteed turnaround. Mention any market date or deadline when you get in touch.
Can I combine packages or ask for something different?
Absolutely. Tell us which pieces you need, or describe a larger idea. We’ll review the combined work and confirm a quote, including any additional revisions, formats, features or ongoing services.
Does an inquiry book or charge me?
No. An inquiry starts a conversation. Nothing is booked or charged until we agree the scope, price, timing and payment terms. Please don’t send passwords or sensitive customer information.
